Tourist Info on Banteay Chhmar:

• You can get to Banteay Chhmar from Sisophon, by taking Road 56. The journey will approximately take 3 hours. A 4×4 vehicle is required.
• There is absolutely no entry fee to the temple; however you can give some dollars to the guard at the temple.
• You can also hire a taxi from Sisophon. This will cost between $35 and $50.
• You must take food and water along with you.
• Also bring your hat, good walking shoes, and mosquito repellent.

You will find two interesting diversions on the way to Banteay Chhmar. Ta Prohm and Banteay Top.
